हिमाचल शिक्षा विभाग में कार्यरत 1300 से अधिक कम्प्यूटर शिक्षक आऊटसोर्स पर आएंगे। साथ ही इन शिक्षकों का वेतन भी बढ़ाया जाएगा। शिक्षकों के हित में प्रदेश सरकार ने यह फैसला लिया है। More than 1300 computer teachers working in Himachal Education Department will come on outsource. Along with this, the salary of these teachers will also be increased. The state government has taken this decision in the interest of teachers.

ऐसे में अब शिक्षा विभाग जल्द ही इन शिक्षकों का ब्यौरा प्रदेश कौशल विकास एवं रोजगार निगम को भेजेगा। इस मामले में हाल ही में शिक्षा मंत्री की अध्यक्षता में विभाग के आला अधिकारियों की बैठक हुई।
बैठक में फैसला लेते हुए इन शिक्षकों का रिकार्ड कौशल विकास एवं रोजगार निगम को भेजने के निर्देश दिए गए। Taking the decision in the meeting, instructions were given to send the records of these teachers to the Skill Development and Employment Corporation.

गौर हो कि बीते 29 सितम्बर को हुई प्रदेश मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक में सरकार ने सभी आऊटसोर्स कर्मचारियों को नई कंपनी हिमाचल प्रदेश कौशल विकास एवं रोजगार निगम के दायरे में लाने की घोषणा की है। It may be noted that in the state cabinet meeting held on September 29, the government has announced to bring all Himachal outsourced employees under the purview of the new company Himachal Pradesh Skill Development and Employment Corporation.

एस.एम.सी. शिक्षक आऊटसोर्स पर नहीं आएंगे। यह शिक्षा विभाग में ही रहेंगे और एस.एम.सी पॉलिसी के तहत सेवाएं देंगे। सरकार इनके वेतन में भी बढ़ौतरी करने जा रही है। SMC Teachers will not come to outsource.
