B.Com Result: Priyanka of DAV College Kangra topped Himachal
Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) has declared the result of B.Com final year examination. 4273 students appeared in this examination, out of which 3575 students passed. The pass percentage was 96 percent. The university has also released the merit list of this examination held in the month of April-May. A total of 12 students are included in the top 10 of this list. Out of this, 3 students jointly occupied the 7th position. Girls dominated the merit list and girls have occupied 11 out of 12 positions in the list. Priyanka of Kangra secured first position in B.Com across the state.
According to the merit list, Priyanka of DAV College Kangra secured first position by securing 8.73 CGPA marks. Apart from this, Sukhleen Kaur of Vallabh Government Degree College Mandi secured second position with 8.66 CGPA and Riya of Sanjauli College Shimla secured third position with 8.64 CGPA. Similarly, Gauri Sharma of Dharamshala Degree College secured fourth position with 8.57 CGPA,
Mehak Chambiyal of DAV College Kangra secured fifth position with 8.53 CGPA, Anita Devi of Dharamshala Degree College secured sixth position with 8.48 CGPA, Antara Soni of Sanjauli College Shimla,
Abhishek Sharma of Kullu Degree College and Priyanka of DAV College Kangra secured 7th position jointly by securing 8.46 CGPA. Apart from this, Nisha Devi of DAV College Kangra secured 8th position by securing 8.45 CGPA, Amisha Sharma of Sanjauli College Shimla secured 9th position by securing 8.42 CGPA and Rupali of Amb College Una secured 10th position in the state by securing 8.41 CGPA marks.
University’s Examination Controller Prof. Shyam Lal Kaushal said that on Friday, B.Com. final year exam result has been declared and the result has been uploaded on the login ID of the students. Now soon BA final year result will also be declared.
BCA final year exam result also declared, pass percentage was 75.35
Himachal Pradesh University has also declared the result of BCA final year exam. 1850 students appeared in this exam held in the month of April, out of which 889 students passed. Its pass percentage was 75.35.
