मंगलवार को यहां पर रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन के दौरान हिमाचल प्रदेश यूनिवर्सिटी की प्रोफेसर मानसी वर्मा (Professor Mansi Verma of Himachal Pradesh University) की लाश बरामद हुई. उनके पति की भी इस हादसे में मौत हो गई है. दोनों के शव बरामद कर लिए गए हैं. शव का शिमला के आईजीएमसी अस्पताल (IGMC Hospital in Shimla) में पोस्टमार्टम किया गया है.

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, मानसी 7 महीने की प्रेग्नेंट थी. सावन का सोमवार होने की वजह से सोमवार खीर चढ़ाने के लिए मंदिर गई थी. मानसी अपने घर में 14 साल की बेटी के पास मोबाइल छोड़कर यह कहकर गई थी कि वह मंदिर जा रहे हैं. ये दोनों पति पत्नी मूल रूप से कांगड़ा के रहने वाले थे, लेकिन शिमला में ही रहते थे.

शिमला में भाजपा नेता और वकील शीतल शर्मा व्यास ने सोशल मीडिया पर लिखा. डॉ. मानसी और हरीश वर्मा अलविदा. एक नये सफ़र पर. लेकिन भूल गए अपने जिगर के टुकड़े को, जिसके हाथ में अपना फ़ोन दे कहा था कि जल्दी वापिस आएंगे. भोले बाबा के यहां से खीर चढ़ाने जा रहे हैं. शीतल लिखती हैं कि बहन की नन्हे-भाई बहन की आस उस वक़्त दम तोड़ गई, जब डॉक्टर साहब ने बताया कि हादसे में मानसी का फ्यूट्स (भ्रूण) तो कहीं दूर छिटक गया. अनहोनी में मम्मी के दोनों बाजू ग़ायब थे.

जगह-जगह बादल फटने और भूस्खलन से अब 51 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। करीब 30 लोग मलबे में दबने और बहने से लापता हैं। मंडी जिले में 18, राजधानी शिमला में 14, सोलन में 11, कांगड़ा-हमीरपुर में 3-3, चंबा और सिरमौर में 1-1 लोगों की जान गई है।

कांग्रेस प्रदेश अध्यक्ष प्रतिभा सिंह ने मौत पर जताया दुख

हिमाचल कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष और सांसद प्रतिभा सिंह ने प्रदेश में भारी बारिश और बाढ़ से हो रहे नुकसान पर चिंता व्यक्त की है। उन्होंने लोगों से आपदा में सतर्क और सुरक्षित रहने का आग्रह किया हैं। उन्होंने मंडी, शिमला और दूसरे स्थानों में भारी बारिश के चलते हुए भूस्खलन से हुई दर्दनाक मौतों पर गहरा दुख व्यक्त करते हुए शोक संतप्त परिवारों से संवेदना प्रकट की हैं।

प्रतिभा ने शिमला के समरहिल में मंदिर के भूस्खलन (landslide of the temple in Summerhill, Shimla) से श्रद्धालुओं की दबने से हुई मौतों पर गहरा दुख व्यक्त करते हुए दिवंगत आत्माओं की शांति की प्रार्थना भगवान से की हैं। उन्होंने फागली, सायरीघाट, अर्की समेत प्रदेश के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में हुए जानमाल और दर्दनाक मौतों पर भी गहरा दुख प्रकट किया है।

स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर आयोजित नहीं होंगे सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम: मुख्यमंत्री

मुख्यमंत्री ठाकुर सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू ने आज यहां कहा कि प्रदेश में भारी बारिश तथा बाढ़ के कारण हुए भारी नुकसान के दृष्टिगत 15 अगस्त को स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर आयोजित होने वाले कार्यक्रमों में किसी प्रकार के सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित नहीं किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि यह समारोह केवल सेरेमोनियल होगें। उन्होंने कहा कि बारिश के कारण प्रदेश में जानमाल की भारी क्षति हुई है। प्रदेश सरकार आपदा की इस घड़ी में पीड़ित परिवारों के साथ है। मुख्यमंत्री ने आज इंदिरा गांधी चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय शिमला का दौरा भी किया। शिमला शहर के विभिन्न स्थानों में भूस्खलन से घायल हुए लोगों का कुशलक्षेम पूछा और उनके शीघ्र स्वास्थ्य लाभ की कामना की।

शिमला के फागली में पांच की मौत और आठ घायल

शिमला के फागली में भूस्खलन और पेड़ गिरने के कारण पांच लोगों की मौत हुई है। आठ लोग घायल हुए हैं। आपदा प्रभावित लोगों को संस्कृत कॉलेज फागली में ठहराया गया है।

राजभवन में 15 अगस्त पर नहीं होगा एट होम कार्यक्रम

प्रदेश में भारी बारिश से हुए जानमाल के नुकसान के दृष्टिगत स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर राजभवन में आयोजित किए जाने वाले एट होम कार्यक्रम को रद्द कर दिया गया है। राज्यपाल शिव प्रताप शुक्ल ने भूस्खलन के चलते प्रदेश के कई क्षेत्रों में हुई लोगों की मौत के चलते यह फैसला लिया है।

सीएम सुक्खू ने आपात बैठक बुलाई (CM Sukhu called an emergency meeting)

मुख्यमंत्री ठाकुर सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू ने आपात बैठक बुलाई है। शिमला स्थित सचिवालय में बैठक हो रही है। बैठक में प्रदेशभर में भारी बारिश से हुई तबाही को देखते हुए बड़े फैसले लिए जा सकते हैं।

समरहिल में एक और शव बरामद (Another body found in Summerhill)

शिमला के समरहिल (Summerhill, Shimla) में पेड़ के नीचे से एक और शव को निकाला गया है। राजधानी शिमला में मृतकों की संख्या 14 हो गई है। प्रदेश में अब तक 38 की मौत हो गई है।

आज भारी बारिश का रेड अलर्ट

मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र शिमला की ओर से प्रदेश के लिए बहुत भारी बारिश का रेड अलर्ट जारी किया है। हालांकि, सुबह जारी हुए मौसम बुलेटिन में ऑरेंज अलर्ट था। लेकिन, दोपहर बाद इसे रेड कर दिया। 15 अगस्त के लिए येलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। प्रदेश के कई भागों में 20 अगस्त तक बारिश का दौर जारी रहने की संभावना है।

अब 36 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी

हिमाचल प्रदेश में सोमवार को भारी बारिश के रेड अलर्ट के बीच राज्य में जगह-जगह बादल फटने और भूस्खलन से अब 37 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। करीब 30 लोगों की मलबे में दबने होने की आशंका है। राजधानी शिमला में 13, सोलन में 10, हमीरपुर में 3, मंडी में 7, कांगड़ा में 2, चंबा और सिरमौर में 1-1 लोगों की जान गई है। शिमला, सोलन, कांगड़ा में एक-एक और मंडी में दो जगह बादल फटे हैं। शिमला में 15, मंडी में आठ और सिरमौर में एक लापता है। कई ऐसे इलाके हैं जहां कितना नुकसान हुआ है, कितने लोगों की जान चली गई इसकी जानकारी ही नहीं मिल पाई है। प्रदेश सरकार ने 15 अगस्त को स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर होने वाले सभी सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम रद्द कर दिए हैं। केवल रस्मी तौर पर ही तिरंगा फहराएंगे।

हिमाचल में भारी बारिश की चेतावनी

हिमाचल में मानसून विदा होने से पहले खूब बरस रहा है। प्रदेश में मानसून की सक्रियता की वजह से बारिश का दौर जारी है। प्रदेश के अधिक ऊंचाई वाले इलाकों में हिमपात हो रहा है। Before the departure of monsoon in Himachal, it is raining heavily. इसके साथ ही भूस्खलन से कई सड़कें भी बाधित हो गई हैं। मौसम विभाग ने आगामी 24 घंटों मेें प्रदेश के 5 जिलों शिमला, सिरमौर, कांगड़ा, मंडी और चम्बा में बाढ़ की चेतावनी जारी की है और सैलानियों व स्थानीय लोगों को नदियों व नालों से दूर रहने की सलाह दी है।

इसके अतिरिक्त मौसम विभाग ने आगामी 28 सितम्बर तक प्रदेश भर में मौसम के खराब रहने की संभावना जताई है।

राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक शनिवार को प्रदेश भर में 398 ट्रांसफार्मर बंद रहे। अकेले शिमला जिले में 350 ट्रांसफार्मर बंद हैं। According to the report of the State Disaster Management Authority, 398 transformers remained closed across the state on Saturday. शनिवार को नाहन में 34, शिमला में 19, सोलन में 18, ऊना में 16 व कुफरी में 11 मिलीमीटर वर्षा दर्ज की गई है। On Saturday, 34 mm of rainfall was recorded in Nahan, 19 in Shimla, 18 in Solan, 16 in Una and 11 in Kufri.

दोनों घायलों को नागरिक अस्पताल संधोल Sandhol लाया गया, जहां उन्हें प्राथमिक उपचार दिया गया। इंस्पैक्टर संदीप अवस्थी ने बताया कि मलबे में दबी बाइक को जेसीबी की सहायता निकाल लिया गया है। बता दें कि टिहरा से संधोल तक सड़क पर यही एकमात्र स्थान है, जहां लगातार पहाड़ी से पत्थर गिरने से हादसे होते रहे हैं। पिछले साल भी यहां एक बाइक सवार गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया था तथा एक राहगीर की बाजू भी इस स्थान पर पत्थर लगने से टूटी थी।
