1.90 लाख पेंशनरों और करीब दो लाख कर्मचारियों को एरियर की पहली किस्त जारी करने के लिए सरकार ने 1,000 करोड़ रुपये की व्यवस्था की है। पेंशनरों को संशोधित पेंशन देने से सरकार पर 130 करोड़ रुपये का अतिरिक्त बोझ पड़ेगा।

ये घोषणाएं मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर ने बुधवार को राज्य सचिवालय में पेंशनभोगियों की संयुक्त सलाहकार समिति (जेसीसी) की बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए कीं। प्रदेश में पहली बार पेंशनरों की जेसीसी की बैठक हुई। बैठक में पेंशनरों के करीब 100 प्रतिनिधि शामिल हुए।

वर्ष 2016 से पहले के पेंशनभोगियों की पेंशन और पारिवारिक पेंशन 1 जनवरी, 2016 से संशोधित वेतन मैट्रिक्स 2.57 के फार्मूले के तहतमिलेगी। पेंशनरों को 50 फीसदी और पारिवारिक पेंशन 30 प्रतिशत की दर पर मिलेगी। इस संबंध में वित्त विभाग शीघ्र आदेश जारी करेगा।

सरकार पेंशनभोगियों को शीघ्र पहचान पत्र जारी करेगी। बैठक में सीएम ने जानकारी दी कि न्यूनतम पेंशन और पारिवारिक पेंशन 1 जनवरी, 2016 से 3,500 से बढ़ाकर 9,000 रुपये प्रति माह की गई है। ग्रेच्युटी की अधिकतम सीमा वर्तमान 10 लाख से बढ़ाकर 20 लाख रुपये की गई है।

बैठक में मुख्य सचिव आरडी धीमान, अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव वित्त प्रबोध सक्सेना, वित्त सचिव डॉ. अक्षय सूद और हिमाचल कर्मचारी और पेंशनभोगी कल्याण बोर्ड के उपाध्यक्ष घनश्याम शर्मा भी मौजूद रहे।

पंचायत चौकीदारों के मानदेय में सम्मानजनक वृद्धि की: सीएम

मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने अपने कार्यकाल में पंचायत चौकीदारों के मानदेय में सम्मानजनक वृद्धि की है। उन्होंने कहा कि कम मानदेय पाने वाले श्रमिकों को हर संभव मदद देने का प्रयास किया गया है। सीएम बुधवार को हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य पंचायत चौकीदार संघ की ओर से आयोजित अभार कार्यक्रम को संबोधित कर रहे थे।

इस दौरान 12 साल की नियमित सेवा पूरी करने वाले पंचायत चौकीदारों को दैनिक वेतनभोगी बनाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री को धन्यवाद दिया गया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि चालू वित्त वर्ष के दौरान पंचायत चौकीदारों के मानदेय में 900 रुपये प्रति माह की वृद्धि की गई है। राज्य सरकार ने अकुशल दैनिक वेतन भोगियों का न्यूनतम वेतन 210 रुपय से बढ़ाकर 350 रुपये किया है। पैरा कर्मियों के मानदेय में भी वृद्धि की गई है।

सीएम ठाकुर ने कहा कि सरकार की योजनाओं और कार्यक्रमों के सफल क्रियान्वयन में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाने वाले सरकारी कर्मचारियों और पेंशनभोगियों को संशोधित वेतनमान का लाभ दिया गया है।
