Whereas, minimum mercury of -1.3 has been recorded in Keylong of Lahaul Spiti.

Crowd also due to Navratri

Due to Navratri in Himachal, crowd has gathered in Shaktipeeths. Crowds of devotees from Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan are flocking to Kangra Brajeshwari Temple, Chamunda Temple, Una Chintpurni Temple and other temples. Additional police personnel have been deployed here.

गुरुवार दोपहर बाद दो बजे होने वाली हिमाचल कैबिनेट मीटिंग (Himachal cabinet meeting ) पर प्रदेश की नजर टिकी हुईं। इस मीटिंग में कई फैसले संभावित हैं। बैठक में लोक निर्माण विभाग (PWD Himachal) में कई मल्टी टास्क वर्करों (Multi task workers Himachal) की भर्ती को मंजूरी मिल सकती है। इसके अलावा जेबीटी (JBT Himachal) और सीएंडवी के अंतरजिला तबादले का मामला भी बैठक में जा सकता है।

आउटसोर्स कर्मचारियों (Outsource Employees Himachal) के लिए नीति बनाने और एसएमसी शिक्षकों को एक्सटेंशन देने का मामला भी एजेंडे में शामिल होगा। सीएम जयराम ठाकुर (CM Jairam Thakur) की अध्यक्षता में सचिवालय में होने वाली बैठक में कोरोना वायरस (Corona Virus) के मामलों पर भी चर्चा होगी।

मास्क (Mask) पहनने में ढील देने, स्कूलों में प्रार्थना सभाओं को करने की अनुमति देने पर भी चर्चा हो सकती है। सीएम अपनी बजट घोषणाओं से संबंधित कुछ फैसले भी ले सकते हैं।

पिछले दिनों सीएम ने पीटरहॉफ शिमला (Peterhof Shimla) में घोषणा की थी कि 3 जनवरी, 2022 से पहले नियमित होने का दो साल का कार्यकाल पूरा करने वाले कर्मचारियों को उच्च वेतनमान दिया जाएगा। यह मामला भी हिमाचल कैबिनेट (Himachal Cabinet) में मंजूरी के लिए जा सकता है।

The Chief Minister said that after the implementation of the Sixth Pay Commission of Punjab, about 50 percent of the budget would be spent for the employees and pensioners, so far 42 percent of the budget is spent.

CM Jai Ram Thakur said that the employees in Himachal Pradesh are doing whatever they can to help in difficult situations. We have never acted out of vengeance and revenge. The leaders of Himachal Non-Gazetted Employees Federation said that the former Shanta government understood the problems of the employees and the problems were resolved by giving the platform of JCC. Federation President Ashwani Thakur said that the present government has not only assured to solve the issues of the employees but they have also been resolved. Employees were harassed during the pre-Congress regime.

The federation has prominently demanded the revised pay scale and allowances to the government employees under the Sixth Pay Commission. The government can also take a decision on the matter of reducing the contract tenure of the employees to two years. Contract workers have been raising this demand from the government for a long time. The contract tenure should also be counted in preparing the seniority list.

These are also the demands of the employees

1. Restoration of old pension of employees.
2. The contract period may also be counted for promotion.
3. 50% increase in CA allowance.
4. Give one time relaxation for promotion to Superintendent Grade I.
5. Superintendent Grade I to be made Section Officer.
6. Prioritizing giving compassionate jobs.
7. Take the federation into confidence while amending the Recruitment and Promotion Rules.
8. Give representation to the federation in the committees of the departments at the time of allotment of houses.
9. Information about the decisions taken on the demands of the employees should be given to the federation.
10. Grade pay to be increased from Rs.3200 to Rs.4800.
